A useful FAQ reduces a real uncertainty before purchase. It is not a list of keywords or the same answers copied onto every page. Its value comes from real questions, verifiable information and context suited to the product or store policy.
Collect customer language
Review support requests, pre-sale conversations, on-site searches and product returns. Group phrasings that describe the same need, including questions that reveal confusion on the product page.
Start with frequent or purchase-blocking topics: dimensions, compatibility, materials, setup, care, delivery, returns or warranty. A rare but important safety or fit question may also deserve an answer.
Answer directly, then state the conditions
Lead with the short answer, then add details that affect a decision. For compatibility, name the tested model and generation. For delivery, state the region and conditions that affect timing. Avoid vague claims such as “suitable for everyone.”
If the answer depends on market, variant or carrier, state that dependency instead of turning a general rule into an absolute promise. Link to the full policy when the topic applies store-wide.
- One question per real intent.
- An answer verified by the product or policy owner.
- A link to a detailed source where one exists.
- An update date or owner for rules that change.
Put the answer in the right place
An answer specific to one item belongs on its product page. Store-wide delivery, returns or warranty rules are easier to maintain on a dedicated page linked from relevant products. Avoid near-duplicate pages for each collection or city.
Search systems may process visible and structured data according to their own policies. FAQ markup does not replace a visible answer and does not guarantee a special search display.

Frequently asked questions
How many questions should a product page include?
Enough to address important doubts without repetition. If a question is not specific to the product, a linked policy page is often clearer.
Will an FAQ earn a Google rich result?
No display is guaranteed and search engines choose eligible features. Publish FAQs to help shoppers, not solely to pursue a rich result.
